Anthony has defended in high value State and Federal fraud cases for more than 20 years. Clients have included company directors, lawyers, policemen and gold miners. Notably, several years ago Anthony was co-counsel for the then CEO of Ausdrill in two trials extending over two years alleging a tax fraud in excess of $50 million. The charges were ultimately discontinued.
